Returns Policy
If items are faulty or damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement. Wheelers Books must be notified of damaged goods within 14 days of delivery by phone or email.
Wheelers provides a 14 Day Right of Return on orders of print titles. They must be returned at your cost in "as new" condition, with a copy of the invoice and reason enclosed. Please contact us first by phone or email for Returns instructions prior to sending items back to us.
Note: Subject to valid claims under the Consumer Guarantees Act, the 14 day right of return does not apply to firm sale titles, some specialist titles, print on demand titles, Blu-ray Discs and DVDs, and Audio and MP3 CDs.
Our Delivery Policy

Wheelers Books prides itself on dispatching orders as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse, but cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery due to incorrect delivery information given or delays caused by the courier/post.
Stock Availability
All products online show an estimated delivery timeframe only. This estimate is provided by the Publisher and Wheelers Books can not be held responsible for any delays or incorrect information from our suppliers.
If Wheelers Books or the Publisher has insufficient stock, we will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible. In the instance of a prepayment you will be notified via email and a refund will be given. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the cancellation. Wheelers Books will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
Security Policy
All your transactions are completed with the security provided by the highest level encryption servers available. Your credit card details are guarded by technology that is secure so you can order with confidence. We also offer bank transfer and cheque for any purchases, but goods will not be dispatched until payment confirmation.

Promo Codes
Wheelers Books promo codes are only valid for use at Wheelers Books and can not be used in conjunction with other coded discounts running in store or online. Promo codes can only be used until the date of expiry.
DVD and Blu-rays
All DVD's are Region 4 PAL (New Zealand and Australia) unless otherwise stated. All Blu-Ray discs are Zone B (New Zealand, Australia and Europe) unless otherwise stated.
All DVD and Blu-ray sales are final and no returns are accepted In the unlikely event your DVD / Blu-ray arrives to you damaged, or you were shipped the incorrect product, we will provide a replacement.
Terminology:
In these terms and conditions, the following words have the meanings set out as follows:
'Services' means any one or more of the services offered by Wheelers Books from time to time by way of the Site or otherwise.
'Site' means the website known as "libraries.wheelers.co.nz"
'we', "us" and "our" are a reference to Wheeler's Book Club Limited.
'you' and 'your' are a reference to you.
"Wheelers Books" and "Wheelers" means Wheeler's Book Club Limited, 211 Wairau Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland, New Zealand.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
a. These terms and conditions are the terms on which Wheelers Book Club Limited ("Wheelers Books") offers you access to the web site libraries.wheelers.co.nz (the Site).
b. By using the Site you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as any other guidelines, rules, additional terms referenced herein including any amendments made to them from time to time.
c. If you do not accept or are unwilling to be bound by these terms and conditions, then you must not use or access the Site or the Services.
Your details:
a. When you register with the Wheelers Books website, you are required to choose a contact email address and password. You should keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under these details.
b. If your details change, such as your delivery address, you must inform Wheelers Books as soon as possible. You may update your details online by signing into your account and selecting 'Profile and Options', or alternatively feel free to contact Wheelers Books.
The contract between us:
a. Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Wheeler's Book Club Limited, whose registered office is situated at 211 Wairau Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland, New Zealand.
b. Wheelers Books must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed.
c. Wheelers Books are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether.
Availability of goods you order

Your credit card details are not held by Wheelers Books and can not be accessed by Wheelers Books staff. Protection of your credit card information is vital so we protect your credit card information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input.
General matters

b. All products and service attract Goods and Service Tax (GST) of 15%. All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

c. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted. All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies.
d. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our distribution centre.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

Furthermore, Wheelers Books liability is excluded in respect of any incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, loss of data, business interruption, loss of business loss of profits or anticipated savings, general and special damages, and consequential or incidental loss.

Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained though the use of the Site is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material. We will take reasonable care to ensure that information provided through the Site is accurate, reliable, adequate, complete and current, but we cannot and do not represent or warrant that this will always be the case.

Wheelers Books shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

If any part of these conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which Wheelers Books excludes its liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
